This line consists of three units:
- Qatayef mixer
- Stainless steel tank with multi-hole pouring system.
- A baking oven attached to the stove, heated by gas with an automatic temperature control system.
- An automatic cooling belt made of stainless steel. The Qatayef is cooled from the bottom through cooling fans from the top.
- Multi-unit system for automated Qatayef production
